Gypsy Eyes

• 1 rinseGreen Chartreuse
• 1.5 ozbeefeater london dry gin
• 0.5 ozAperol
• 0.5 ozlime juice
• 0.5 ozgrapefruit juice
• 0.25 ozsimple syrup

Preparation

   Rinse a coupe with the green chartreuse and dump.

   Shake the remaining ingredients with ice, then strain into the coupe.
