Ingredients: 0.5 oz Classic Gum Syrup; 1.5 oz gin; 0.75 oz lime juice; 0.75 oz Green Chartreuse; 0.5 oz egg white

Ingredients

0.5 ozClassic Gum Syrup
1.5 ozgin
0.75 ozlime juice
0.75 ozGreen Chartreuse
0.5 ozegg white

Garnish: maraschino cherry and lime wheel

Preparation

1.
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
2.
Shake for a few seconds to break up the egg white
3.
Add ice and shake until chilled
4.
Strain over rocks into a chilled glass

Notes

This delicious gin sour comes from one of our favorite bars in Maine, Alpine and Hunt. Already full of herbal notes from the Chartreuse, this is a great cocktail to experiment with different gins and their botanical flavors.
