Ingredients

3 piececucumber wheels
1 ozsiete leguas blanco tequila
1 ozjalapeño-infused siembra azul blanco tequila
0.75 ozCocchi Americano
0.75 ozdolin dry vermouth
0.25 ozalvear festival pale cream sherry

Garnish: 1 cucumber ribbon

Preparation

1.
In a mixing glass, muddle the cucumber wheels.
2.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir over ice, then strain into a coupe.
3.
Garnish with the cucumber ribbon on a cocktail pick.

Created by Thomas Waugh, 2012. Stirred cucumber drinks are rare; it's a lot harder to get the flavor incorporated into the drink. Inspired by the Chin Up, another refreshing stirred cucumber drink, and named after a great tequila bar in London.
