Grasshopper

• 8 piecemint leaves
• 1 ozheavy cream
• 1 ozmarie brizard white crème de menthe
• 1 ozmarie brizard white crème de cacao

Preparation

   In a shaker, gently muddle the mint.

2. 2.

   Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice, then double strain into a coupe.

   Garnish with the mint leaf.
