soda water

Garnish: grapefruit wheel

Preparation

Add all ingredients but water to a highball glass filled with ice

Top with soda water and stir.

Notes

A delightful update to the classic, minimalist cocktail. Though a touch of sweetness is added from our Rio Red Grapefruit Cordial, the addition of fleur de sel tincture, keeps the savory quality the drink is known for.
