Gin Fizz

• 2 ozbeefeater london dry gin
• 0.75 ozsimple syrup
• 0.75 ozlemon juice
• 1 wholeegg white
•  club soda

Preparation

1. 1.

   Dry shake all the ingredients (except the club soda), then shake again with ice.

   Double strain into a fizz glass and top with club soda.

   No garnish.
