Ingredients: 3 piece blackberries; 2 oz flor de caña extra-dry white rum; 0.75 oz lemon juice; 0.25 oz ginger syrup; 0.25 oz orgeat; 0.25 oz acacia honey syrup

Ingredients

3 pieceblackberries
2 ozflor de caña extra-dry white rum
0.75 ozlemon juice
0.25 ozginger syrup
0.25 ozorgeat
0.25 ozacacia honey syrup

Garnish: house peychaud's bitters floated on top

Preparation

1.
In a pilsner glass, gently muddle the blackberries.
2.
Fill the glass with crushed ice.
3.
In a shaker, whip the remaining ingredients with a few pieces of crushed ice just until incorporated.
4.
Strain into the glass.
5.
Garnish with a thin layer of bitters and serve with a straw.
