Combine the first 4 ingredients in a shaker with a small amount of crushed ice and whip shake. Strain into an ice-filled glass, top with soda water, then garnish.
Peach Tea SyrupCombine 1 1/2 oz. of Peach Tranquility Loose-Leaf Tea (or other peach tea) with 2 cups of boiling water. Steep the tea for 8 minutes, then strain, combine with 2 cups of sugar, and stir to dissolve the sugar. Bottle and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
