Ingredients
- 0.5 ozClassic Gum Syrup
- 0.75 ozlemon juice
- 2 ozclub soda
Garnish: rhubarb stock
Preparation
- 1.
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- 2.
Add ice and short shake for 5 seconds
- 3.
Strain into a chilled highball glass over fresh ice
- 4.
Top with club soda
