Ingredients
- 0.75 ozRio Red Grapefruit Cordial
- 1.5 oztequila
- 0.5 ozItalicus
- 0.5 ozlime juice
- 2 dashessmoked chili bitters
- soda water
Garnish: lime wedge
Preparation
- 1.
Add all ingredients except soda to a shaker tin filled with ice
- 2.
Shake until chilled, about 10 seconds
- 3.
Strain into a chilled glass filled with ice
- 4.
Top with soda water and stir.
