Add all of the ingredients, except the lemon peel, to a mixing glass and stir for about 25 seconds. Strain over a large cube. Express and discard a lemon peel over the top. Garnish. Cold-Brew Agave SyrupAdd 1/4 cup of raw agave nectar to 3/4 cup of dark roast cold-brew coffee and stir to combine. Will keep in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days.
