Coconut CordialCombine 12 oz. of coconut milk (full-fat coconut milk, unsweetened) and 4 oz. of sugar and either blend on low until dissolved or shake until dissolved. The cordial should last in the refrigerator for about 10 days. Tip“10-year Madeira is this drink’s best friend.
