French 75

• 1.5 ozPlymouth gin
• 0.75 ozcane sugar syrup
• 0.75 ozlemon juice
•  dry champagne

Preparation

1. 1.

   Shake all the ingredients (except the champagne) with ice, then double strain into a flute.

2. 2.

   Top with champagne and garnish with the lemon twist.
