Ingredients: 1 oz bourbon; 3/4 oz Spanish sweet vermouth; 3/4 oz Nixta corn liqueur; 1/2 oz Oaxacan rum; 3/4 tsp crème de noyaux (or amaretto); 3 drops saline solution

Ingredients

1 ozbourbon
3/4 ozSpanish sweet vermouth
3/4 ozNixta corn liqueur
1/2 ozOaxacan rum
3/4 tspcrème de noyaux (or amaretto)
3 dropssaline solution

Preparation

1.
Add all of the ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir to chill. Strain into the glass. Garnish. NOTEIf you can’t find an Oaxacan rum with a vegetal profile, like Cañada or Tso’ok, drink creator Mark Mentzel suggests using a corn-based white dog, such as Buffalo Trace Mash #1 or Stillhouse Original.
