Preparation

Shake all the ingredients with ice, then strain into a coupe.

Notes

Created by Joaquín Simó. Highlights amontillado sherry as a base ingredient. The rum brings out the sherry's darker, raisin-like flavors, and the apricot liqueur adds fruity notes. Lustau amontillado sherry is recommended for under $12.
