Fletcher’s Paradise: A Pineapple Madeira Cocktail

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ozmadeira (Hatch uses Broadbent 5-year)
- 1 ozpineapple liqueur (Hatch uses Giffard Caribbean)
- 1/2 ozlemon juice
- 1/2 ozcognac (Hatch uses Pierre Ferrand Grand Ambre Cognac)
- pinch of cardamom
Preparation
- 1.
Add ingredients to an ice-filled shaker, shake, and then strain into a julep tin. Top with crushed ice dome and ground cardamom. Garnish with dehydrated pineapple, mint, and straws.
