Ingredients: 1 oz el tesoro platinum tequila; 0.75 oz Dolin blanc vermouth; 0.75 oz marie brizard white crème de cacao; 0.75 oz Campari; 0.75 oz lemon juice; 1 tsp ginger syrup; dry champagne

dry champagne

Preparation

1.
Shake all the ingredients (except the champagne) with ice, then strain into a flute.
2.
Top with champagne.

No garnish.

Created by Jessica Gonzalez, 2011. Named after her nickname back when she worked in restaurant kitchens in Florida. Inspired by the combination of chocolate liqueur and Campari that she was determined to make work.
