Ingredients: 0.75 oz Almond Orgeat Syrup; 1.5 oz sherry (Amontillado strongly preferred); 1 oz genever; 0.5 oz lemon juice; 0.5 oz orange juice; 2 dashes aromatic bitters

Preparation

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake hard for 20 seconds

Strain into a chilled coupe

Notes

An unexpectedly delicious creation from Death & Co. Orange juice is always a tough ingredient to balance in cocktails, but alongside other soft ingredients like sherry and almond orgeat, the Flamenco cocktail comes out beautifully.
