Garnish: peach slices
In a mixing glass, muddle the sugar cubes with 1 ounce of the club soda until the sugar is fully broken up.
Add the remaining ingredients (except the remaining club soda) and stir over ice until cold, then strain into a brandy snifter over 1 large ice cube.
Top with the remaining 1 ounce club soda.
Garnish with peach slices.
