Ingredients: 4 piece sugar cubes; 2 oz club soda; 1 oz lemon juice; 1 oz appleton v/x rum; 1 oz hine h cognac; 0.75 oz massenez crème de pêche peach liqueur

1 ozappleton v/x rum
1 ozhine h cognac
0.75 ozmassenez crème de pêche peach liqueur

Garnish: peach slices

Preparation

1.
In a mixing glass, muddle the sugar cubes with 1 ounce of the club soda until the sugar is fully broken up.
2.
Add the remaining ingredients (except the remaining club soda) and stir over ice until cold, then strain into a brandy snifter over 1 large ice cube.
3.
Top with the remaining 1 ounce club soda.
4.
Garnish with peach slices.
