Add all of the ingredients to a mixing glass with add ice. Stir until chilled, then strain into a rocks glass over a large cube. Garnish.
Spiced Cinnamon Syrup Combine 1 cup of water and 1 cup of sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from the heat and add 3 cinnamon stick, broken into pieces. Cover and allow to infuse for at least 6 hours. Strain out the solids and bottle. Will keep, tightly sealed and refrigerated, for up to 1 month.
