Ingredients
- 0.5 ozCaramelized Fig Syrup
- 0.75 ozlemon juice
- 3 ozclub soda
Garnish: lemon wheel
Preparation
- 1.
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- 2.
Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
- 3.
Strain into a chilled highball glass with fresh ice
- 4.
Top with soda water
Notes
Dried fruit and floral honey make a slightly sweet, refreshing and autumn appropriate highball.
