1.5 ozcompass box asyla scotch
0.75 ozmassenez crème de pêche peach liqueur
0.5 ozpineapple juice
0.5 ozlemon juice
0.75 ozcumin syrup

Garnish: 1 pineapple leaf

Preparation

Stir all the ingredients over ice, then strain into a double rocks glass over 1 large ice cube.

Garnish with the pineapple leaf.

Notes

Created by Joaquín Simó, 2008. A single-serving, Scotch-based punch. The name is derived from the medieval notion that cumin keeps chickens—and husbands—from straying from the coop.
