To roll the cocktail, combine ingredients in a shaker tin with ice. Put a strainer over that half of the shaker tin so the ice won’t escape, and strain the ingredients into the other half of the shaker tin. Do this process back and forth several times to chill and aerate the drink (for more on rolling or “throwing” cocktails click here). Once cold, strain the cocktail into a coupe.
