1 ozinfused* bourbon
1 ozmezcal
2 dashesaromatic bitters
2 dasheschocolate bitters

Garnish: Biscoff cookie

Preparation

1.
*Infuse bourbon with a few Biscoff cookies for a couple of days
2.
Add ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
3.
Stir 20 seconds and strain into a chilled glass over ice
