Ingredients
- 2 ozaged rum (Galli uses El Dorado 3 Year)
- 1 ozfresh lime juice
- 3/4 ozsimple syrup (1:1)
- Branca Menta, to rinse
Preparation

Prepare a coupe with a light rinse of Branca Menta. Shake the rum, lime and simple syrup in a shaker with ice. Strain into the prepared coupe. Garnish.
