Dick and Jane

• 1.5 oztanqueray no. ten gin
• 0.5 ozSt-Germain
• 0.5 ozlemon juice
• 0.5 ozhibiscus syrup
• 2 dashhouse peychaud's bitters
•  dry champagne

Preparation

1. 1.

   Shake all the ingredients (except the champagne) with ice, then strain into a flute.

   Top with champagne.

   Garnish with the lemon twist.
