Garnish: lemon peel

Preparation

1.
Rinse a chilled rocks glass with peaty scotch
2.
Add remaining ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
3.
Stir 20 seconds and strain into the rinsed glass
4.
Express a lemon peel and garnish
