Ingredients: 0.5 oz Almond Orgeat Syrup; 2.0 oz sotol reposado; 0.5 oz honeysuckle liqueur; 0.75 oz lemon juice; 1-2 dashes tiki bitters

2 ozsotol reposado
0.5 ozhoneysuckle liqueur
0.75 ozlemon juice
1-2 dashestiki bitters

Garnish: lemon wedge

Preparation

Shake all with ice for 10 seconds
2.
Strain over ice into a rocks glass and garnish with a lemon wedge

Notes

A bright, delightful, floral drink. A great introduction to using sotol in cocktails.
