Ingredients

1.5 ozrittenhouse 100 rye
0.25 ozCampari
0.25 ozGrand Marnier
0.75 ozgrapefruit juice
0.5 ozlemon juice
0.25 ozginger syrup

Garnish: 1 orange twist

Preparation

1.
Shake all the ingredients with ice, then strain into a coupe.

Garnish with the orange twist.

Notes

Created by Jessica Gonzalez, 2011. Rye is harder to use in shaken drinks than bourbon; it can be a bully. But it works when combined with more aggressive flavors, like the Campari, ginger, and grapefruit here.
