Ingredients
- 0.25 ozAlmond Orgeat Syrup
- 2 ozlight rum
- 0.25 ozSuze
- 0.5 ozstrawberry syrup
- 0.5 ozlime juice
Garnish: dehydrated citrus wheel and fresh mint
Preparation

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- 2.
Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- 3.
Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with crushed ice

A concept drink built around day trips made during the quarantine days of 2020. Anchored by rum and orgeat, and lightly bittered with Suze.
