Ingredients: 1.5 oz bergerac mix; 1 oz bols barrel-aged genever; 0.5 oz hayman's old tom gin; 0.5 oz Bénédictine; 1 dash vieux pontarlier absinthe; 1 dash bittermens xocolatl mole bitters

Preparation

Stir all the ingredients over ice, then strain into a Nick & Nora glass.

Garnish with the orange twist.

Created by Brad Farran, 2013. A concept drink that started with the name and the combination of Cynar and red wine from France's Bergerac region. Bridged the two unlikely partners with Black Strap rum and Demerara Syrup to create Bergerac Mix.
