Ingredients
- 0.75 ozDemerara Gum Syrup
- 2 ozdark rum
- 1 ozlime juice
- 6-8fresh mint leaves
Garnish: mint sprig
Preparation
- 1.
Muddle mint and syrup in a cocktail tin
- 2.
Add remaining ingredients with ice and shake for 10 seconds
- 3.
Fine strain into an ice filled glass
