Ingredients: 2 oz yamazaki 12-year whiskey; 1 tsp laphroaig 10-year scotch; 2 tsp kalani ron de coco coconut liqueur; 1 oz orange juice; 0.5 oz lemon juice; 0.5 oz orgeat; 1 dash angostura bitters

Ingredients

2 ozyamazaki 12-year whiskey
1 tsplaphroaig 10-year scotch
2 tspkalani ron de coco coconut liqueur
1 ozorange juice
0.5 ozlemon juice
0.5 ozorgeat
1 dashangostura bitters

Preparation

1.
Short shake all the ingredients with 3 cubes of ice, then strain into a pilsner glass filled with crushed ice.

Serve with a straw.

No garnish.

Created by Brad Farran, 2012. A tiki cocktail based on Japanese whiskey. A little bit of Kalani dominated so a teaspoon of peaty Scotch was added to balance and create extra depth.
