Add all of the ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Double strain into a coupe, then garnish.
Raspberry-Lychee PuréeAdd 2 parts fresh raspberries, 1 part lychee, and 1 part granulated sugar to a blender. Blend until smooth. Will keep in the refrigerator for about a week.
