Garnish: Fruity Pebbles
Add all ingredients to a blender with a handful of ice.
Blend until smooth, then garnish with pineapple fronds and some Fruity Pebbles and/or pebble the rim.
This original cocktail was crafted by Ryan Monahan (@between_2_fernets) for our July Summer Awards in 2021, winning our second-place prize. This cocktail screams creativity down to the amazing name! We are suckers for cereal milk in cocktails, and who doesn't fondly remember Fruity Pebbles?! To make the Fruity Pebbles cereal milk: combine 6 tablespoons Fruity Pebbles, 250 ml whole milk, and a pinch of salt in a french press. Let steep at room temperature for 20 minutes. Press down to extract maximum pebble essence. Store in fridge for up to a week.
