Ingredients: 1 oz barbancourt 3-star rum; 1 oz lustau amontillado sherry; 0.25 oz Velvet Falernum; 0.75 oz lime juice; 0.75 oz ginger syrup; 3 dash angostura bitters

lustau amontillado sherry
¼ oz
Velvet Falernum
¾ oz
lime juice
¾ oz
ginger syrup
3 dash
angostura bitters

Garnish: 1 mint sprig

Preparation

1.
Whip all the ingredients (except the bitters), shaking with a few pieces of crushed ice just until incorporated.
2.
Strain into a pilsner glass filled with crushed ice.
3.
Swizzle until cold.
4.
Add the bitters and swizzle them into the top of the drink.
5.
Garnish with the mint sprig and serve with a straw.
