Ingredients
- 0.25 ozDemerara Gum Syrup
- 0.25 ozcoffee liqueur
- 2.5 ozbourbon whiskey
Garnish: mint sprig
Preparation
- 1.
Muddle 5-10 mint leaves with syrup in a julep cup
- 2.
Fill with crushed ice and add bourbon and coffee liqueur
- 3.
Stir until cold and frosty, then top with more crushed ice
- 4.
Smack a mint sprig between your hands to express its oils, then garnish
