Ingredients: 1.5 oz hayman's old tom gin; 0.5 oz el dorado 12-year rum; 0.75 oz donn's spices #2; 1 dash vieux pontarlier absinthe; 1 oz pineapple juice; 0.5 oz lime juice; 0.25 oz orgeat; 1 dash house peychaud's bitters

1.5 ozhayman's old tom gin
0.5 ozel dorado 12-year rum
0.75 ozdonn's spices #2
1 dashvieux pontarlier absinthe
1 ozpineapple juice
0.5 ozlime juice
0.25 ozorgeat
1 dashhouse peychaud's bitters

Garnish: 1 pineapple wedge

Preparation

Shake all the ingredients with ice, then strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.

Garnish with the pineapple wedge.

Created by Joaquín Simó, 2009. A handful of tiki-style drinks are gin based, most famously the Singapore Sling. This is a variation on that classic.
