Ingredients

1 ozgin(old tom style recommended)
0.5 ozdark rum
1 ozpineapple juice
dashabsinthe

Garnish: maraschino cherry

Preparation

1.
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
2.
Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
3.
Strain into a highball filled with ice

Notes

An exceptionally full-flavored cocktail built in the same vein as the Singapore Sling. Expect big flavors - spicy, herbaceous and a bit sweet. Adapted from Joaquín Simó's recipe.
