Ingredients: 1.5 oz anchor junipero gin; 0.5 oz yellow chartreuse; 1 tsp crème yvette; 0.75 oz lemon juice; 0.5 oz vanilla syrup; 0.25 oz simple syrup

lemon juice

vanilla syrup
¼ oz
simple syrup

Preparation

1.
Dry shake all the ingredients, then dump into a pilsner glass filled with crushed ice.
2.
Swizzle until cold, then top with a thin layer of Crème Yvette.
3.
Serve with a straw.

No garnish.

Notes

This drink's pretty pink color gives it a cotton candy-like appearance. Additional Crème Yvette is used to top the drink beyond the 1 teaspoon in the build.
