Ingredients
- 0.75 ozAlmond Orgeat Syrup
- 1.5 ozrum
- 0.5 ozorange liqueur
- 1 ozlime juice
- 2 ozchampagne
Garnish: mint
Preparation
- 1.
Add all ingredients except sparkling wine to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- 2.
Pour champagne into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice
- 3.
Strain shaken tin contents into the glass and stir
Notes
Make your Mai Tai sparkle! The bubbly lightens things up, and we'd suggest avoiding an overly aggressive rum here.
