• 1 1/2 ozrye whiskey
• 1 1/2 ozLillet rouge
• 1bottle Underberg bitters
•  Chilled premium tonic water

Preparation

1. 1.

   Combine all of the ingredients except tonic water in an ice-filled glass. Stir to chill, then top with tonic water. Twist the lemon peel over the drink to express the oils, and discard.

   Note: Underberg bitters are sold in tiny 20ml bottles and are available at many grocery stores and specialty retailers.
