Add all of the ingredients to an ice-filled shaker, shake briefly, then pour (unstrained) into a Collins glass. Garnish with salted vanilla whipped cream and sprinkle with freshly grated nutmeg. Salted Vanilla Whipped CreamWhip 14 1/2 oz. of heavy cream with 1 1/2 oz. of vanilla syrup or vanilla liqueur and a pinch of salt. Use immediately.
