Ingredients: 1 piece orange wheel; 3 dash fee brothers whiskey barrel-aged bitters; 2 oz Plymouth gin; 0.75 oz lustau amontillado sherry; 0.5 oz lemon juice; 0.5 oz demerara syrup; club soda

0.75 ozlustau amontillado sherry
0.5 ozlemon juice
0.5 ozdemerara syrup
club soda

Garnish: 1 orange crescent

Preparation

1.
In a shaker, muddle the orange wheel and bitters.
2.
Add the remaining ingredients (except the club soda) and shake with ice, then strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.
3.
Top with club soda.
4.
Garnish with the orange crescent and serve with a straw.
