Byrrh Cassis

• 1.5 ozByrrh
• 0.75 ozcrème de cassis
• 3.5 ozsparkling water

Preparation

1. 1.

   Pour the Byrrh and crème de cassis into a Collins glass or tumbler.

2. 2.

   Add the sparkling water and stir briefly.

3. 3.

   Add a generous amount of ice cubes and garnish with half an orange wheel and red currant berries, if desired.
