Ingredients: 0.75 oz Toasted Coconut Syrup; 1.0 oz Fernet Brancamenta; 1.0 oz rum (Appleton Estate VX recommended); 1.0 oz pineapple juice; 0.25 oz orange juice

Ingredients

0.75 ozToasted Coconut Syrup
1 ozFernet Brancamenta
1 ozrum (Appleton Estate VX recommended)
1 ozpineapple juice
0.25 ozorange juice

Garnish: fresh mint and half orange wheel

Preparation

1.
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
2.
Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice

Notes
