Ingredients
- 1/2 ozAperol
- 1 barspoonelderflower liqueur
- 1 barspoonfresh lemon juice
- 3 1/2 ozchampagne
Preparation
- 1.
Combine all of the ingredients, except the Champagne, in a mixing glass filled with ice and stir until well chilled. Strain into a flute and gently pour in the Champagne. Garnish.
