0.5 ozPineapple Gum Syrup
0.25 ozSugarcane Kola Syrup
3 dashesorange bitters

Garnish: orange peel

Preparation

1.
Add all ingredients, except the soda water, to a shaker with ice and shake hard for 10 seconds.
2.
Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass and top with soda water.

Notes

A perfect collins for the last warm days before autumn. Pineapple and citrus hold on to the feeling of summer, while the scotch and sugarcane kola syrup prepare us for turning leaves and chilly evenings.
