Ingredients
- 2 ozmezcal
- 1 ozfresh lime juice
- 1/2 ozamaretto
- Top with ginger beer (Saint Theo's uses Fever-Tree)
Preparation

Add the ingredients, except the ginger beer, to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Pour into a highball filled with crushed ice and top with ginger beer, then garnish.
