Ingredients: 1 oz van oosten batavia arrack; 1 oz cruzan black strap rum; 1 oz cocchi vermouth di torino; 0.75 tsp demerara syrup; 2 dash bittermens xocolatl mole bitters; 2 dash house orange bitters

Ingredients

1 ozvan oosten batavia arrack
1 ozcruzan black strap rum
1 ozcocchi vermouth di torino
0.75 tspdemerara syrup
2 dashbittermens xocolatl mole bitters
2 dashhouse orange bitters

Garnish: 1 orange twist

Preparation

1.
Stir all the ingredients over ice, then strain into an old-fashioned glass over 1 large ice cube.

Garnish with the orange twist.
